Product Introduction
This product is a spin-on oil filter suitable for the lubrication systems of screw air compressors. Model 47621424001 features a standardized interface design, compatible with mainstream screw air compressors ranging from 55 to 200 kW.
The product has a filtration accuracy of 10–15 μm, effectively intercepting solid contaminants such as metal shavings, carbon particles, and external dust carried during lubricant circulation, reducing the risk of wear on the main bearings and rotor.
Precautions
- Do not overtighten, as this may cause the sealing ring to be squeezed out or the housing to deform.
- The filter element is a disposable consumable and must not be washed and reused.
- Replace the filter element promptly when a differential pressure alarm is triggered or the recommended replacement cycle is reached.
- Using inferior lubricating oil or mixing different brands of oil will accelerate filter element clogging and shorten its service life.
