Product Introduction
The 6.3464.1 high-efficiency oil filter is a spin-on oil filter employing a multi-layer gradient filter media structure. Its filter element body uses imported American ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter media, achieving a "step-by-step capture, depth-loading" filtration mechanism through a precise gradient pore design-the surface filter layer intercepts large particulate impurities, while the deeper ultra-fine fiber mesh efficiently intercepts and separates micron-sized suspended particles.
The product has a nominal filtration accuracy of 10~15μm and a filtration efficiency of ≥99%. The built-in bypass valve automatically opens when the filter element is clogged or during a cold start at low temperatures, preventing dry friction caused by oil supply interruption; the check valve effectively prevents oil backflow and accumulation during shutdown, protecting the compressor from lubrication shortage upon restart.
Installation Notes
- Turn off the air compressor and release the system pressure.
- Clean the filter element mounting base sealing surface, ensuring there are no residual impurities.
- Apply a small amount of clean lubricant to the new filter element's sealing ring.
- Manually tighten the filter element until the sealing ring contacts the base, then tighten it another 3/4 to 1 turn. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the sealing ring.
- After starting the air compressor, check for leaks.
