An oil filter is one of the three consumable components in an air compressor (air filter, oil filter, and oil separator). Its main function is to filter out solid impurities such as metal shavings, carbon deposits, and sludge generated during the lubricating oil's circulation process or introduced from external sources.

- Protecting the main unit: Preventing impurities from directly entering the main unit, avoiding serious malfunctions such as cylinder scoring or seizure.
- Protecting the oil passages: Ensuring the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, preventing oil passage blockage, and maintaining the normal pressure of the lubrication system.

- Filtration Efficiency: Refers to the percentage of particles of a specified diameter that the filter element intercepts. High-quality filter elements typically achieve 98%-99.5% or higher.
- Initial Pressure Drop: The resistance a new filter element generates to oil flow; it should be as low as possible to reduce energy consumption.
- Dirty Holding Capacity: The total weight of impurities that the filter element can hold before becoming completely clogged. Higher dirt holding capacity means a longer service life.
- Service Life: Typically 1500-2000 hours, depending on the operating environment; harsh environments require shorter replacement cycles.
- Bypass Valve Opening Pressure: The pressure at which the bypass valve automatically opens when the filter element becomes clogged.

A: All prices and conditions are provided in US Dollars, based on either FOB Shenzhen and Guangzhou or CIF to your country's port. The quoted prices remain valid for one month.

A: For stocked items, the lead time is roughly 3 days after payment is received. If production is required, delivery takes about one week after we receive the requested prepayment.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, manufacturing according to your samples or technical drawings is feasible. We are also capable of building the necessary molds and fixtures.
