Product Description
Filtration Layer
The filtration layer is made of fiberglass material. The fiberglass fibers have small diameters and are evenly distributed, forming a dense fiber network inside the filter media. When oil flows through the filtration layer, contaminant particles are trapped by the fiber network. Fiberglass has good chemical stability and does not decompose or shed when immersed in oil for extended periods.
Support Structure
A metal center tube is installed in the center of the filter element. Multiple holes are opened on the surface of the center tube, allowing oil to flow out after passing through the filtration layer. The metal tube wall provides support for the filtration layer, preventing it from collapsing inward under pressure. The center tube connects with the end caps at both ends, forming the overall frame of the filter element.
Bypass Assembly
A bypass assembly is installed at one end of the filter element. The bypass assembly consists of a spring, valve disc, and valve seat. During normal operation, the spring pushes the valve disc to close the bypass opening. When the pressure difference across the filter element exceeds the spring setting value, the valve disc is pushed open, allowing oil to flow through the bypass opening, ensuring oil circuit remains open.
Sealing Part
A sealing ring is installed at the filter element interface. The sealing ring is made of NBR material, possessing certain elasticity and oil resistance. After installation, the sealing ring contacts the mating surface, preventing oil from seeping through the interface gap. The sealing ring dimensions are designed to achieve sealing effect without requiring excessive compression during installation.
End Cap Connection
The connection between the end caps at both ends and the filtration layer is fixed using adhesive bonding method. The adhesive is evenly applied to the contact surface between the end caps and the filtration layer, forming a firm connection after curing. This connection method can withstand oil flow impact and will not loosen during long-term use.
