The TFX series hydraulic filter element, as the core component of the external self-sealing suction oil filter, works on a dual mechanism of physical interception and deep filtration. When the hydraulic pump is running, the hydraulic oil in the tank enters the filter housing through the suction pipe under negative pressure. The oil first passes through the stainless steel woven mesh or glass fiber filter media on the outer layer of the filter element, where solid particulate contaminants are trapped on the surface and in the internal pores of the filter media. The clean oil then enters the hydraulic pump through the central channel of the filter element.
