WU‑250*100 – Suction Filter Element for Hydraulic Pumps
The oil pump is the driving force of any hydraulic system, and its greatest vulnerability is contaminated intake fluid. Metal particles, colloids, and other impurities can erode precision surfaces such as plungers and gears, causing pressure instability, efficiency loss, and eventual system breakdown.
The WU‑250*100 is a replacement element for WU series suction filters, mounted directly at the pump inlet. Rated at 250 L/min with 100 μm filtration accuracy, it features glass fiber media with a pleated design to maximize filtration area in a compact footprint. The matching filter housing includes a self‑sealing valve for easy element changes, plus a clogging indicator and bypass valve to enhance system reliability.
