This product is a heavy-duty air filter specifically designed for screw air compressors, model 11516774. It is suitable for the intake filtration system of screw compressors and is a core maintenance component in the compressor's "three filters" system. This model is compatible with screw air compressors in multiple power ranges, including L132–L160 and L200–L250.

The filter media is made of imported glass fiber composite material or pure imported wood pulp paper, effectively removing dust, sand, oil mist, and other impurities suspended in the ambient air. With a filtration accuracy of 5μm, it effectively intercepts solid particulate contaminants entering the compressor intake, preventing premature wear of the screw rotor and premature clogging of the oil filter and oil-air separator. Under standard operating conditions, its service life is approximately 1500-2000 hours, depending on the working environment.

This air filter operates on the principle of dry fiber interception technology. Ambient air enters the filtration system under the negative pressure of the compressor's intake. It first passes through a coarse filter layer, where larger particles (such as sand and dust) are intercepted on the filter media surface. Then, the airflow passes through a high-density imported wood pulp paper or glass fiber filter layer, where fine particles are captured by the fiber network through inertial collisions and direct interception mechanisms. Clean air flows out from the central tube and enters the compressor to participate in the compression process, while impurities are trapped inside the filter media.
