This air filter operates based on dry fiber interception technology. When the compressor is running, ambient air enters the filtration system under suction negative pressure. The airflow first passes through a coarse filter layer, where larger particles are intercepted on the filter media surface. It then passes through a high-density wood pulp paper or glass fiber filter layer, where fine particles are captured by the fiber network through inertial impaction and direct interception mechanisms. Clean air flows out through the central tube into the compressor, while impurities are permanently trapped inside the filter media.
The filter element uses a pleated structure, providing a large filtration area and low resistance. This ensures high-precision filtration while maintaining low intake resistance, effectively reducing compressor intake energy consumption. The filter element is a disposable consumable and must be replaced entirely after reaching its service life or when a differential pressure alarm is triggered. It cannot be washed and reused.
