2. What are the starting steps of screw air compressor?

A: Before the air compressor is started, it should first be checked according to the inspection items before it is started. After there is no abnormality, it should be started:

(1) Press the Start button. After starting, the Start indicator light should be on and the unit starts to run.

(2) 2S or so units are automatically loaded, the inlet valve is opened, and the pointer of lubricating oil pressure gauge and exhaust pressure gauge rises.

(3) After starting loading, check whether the oil level is in the normal range.

(4) Whether there is leakage, oil leakage or water leakage in each connection part, the starting times should not exceed three times within 1h.
