The air cleaner consists of two parts: the filter core and the shell. The main requirements of the air filter are high filtration efficiency, low flow resistance, long time continuous use without maintenance.

Different types compressors can choose the air filters to be installed according to the the amount of air intake.

IV. Some Notes

The dust in the air of the screw air compressor is obstructed in the air filter, in order to avoid the premature wear of the screw compressor, the fine filter core in the gas separator is blocked. After running 500H, it is necessary to clean or replace the filter core of the air filter; in the dusty area, the replacement time should be shortened. When the filter is replaced, it must be shut down. In order to reduce the downtime, it is recommended to replace a new or cleaned filter cartridge.
