Installation Precautions
- Shutdown and Pressure Relief: Turn off the air compressor and disconnect the power supply. Open the bypass valve or manually release all pressure in the pipeline.
- Removing the Old Filter Element: Open the filter housing and remove the old filter element. Clean any accumulated water, oil, and residue from inside the housing.
- Installing the New Filter Element: Install the new filter element into the filter housing, ensuring a good fit between the sealing ring and the sealing surface.
- Trial Run: Slowly open the inlet valve and check for leaks at the filter end cap joint.
