Structure and Working Principle
The filter cartridge employs a five-layer composite structure: outermost is a stainless steel protective mesh to prevent mechanical damage; inward sequentially are the gradient pre-filtration layer (intercepting large particles), main precision filtration layer (coalescing and separating oil mist and moisture), high-strength support skeleton, and integrated drainage system. When compressed air passes through, contaminants are progressively captured and separated, with oil-water mixture collecting at the bottom and automatically discharged through the drainage device.
