Product Details
1. Working Principle
The FLX-100*600 is a coalescing filter element designed for compressed air systems. Contaminated air enters from the outside and passes through the multi-layer coalescing media, where sub-micron oil and water aerosols are intercepted and agglomerated into larger droplets. These enlarged droplets migrate to the outer drainage layer and settle at the bottom of the housing by gravity. Clean, oil-free compressed air exits from the inner core.

Graded Pore Structure: The filter media features a density-graded design from outer to inner layers, enabling deep-bed filtration and preventing surface clogging.
Hydrophobic & Oleophobic Treatment: The drainage layer is specially treated to resist liquid re-entrainment, ensuring stable separation efficiency under high humidity conditions.
High Strength Support: An internal perforated skeleton maintains pleat geometry under pressure fluctuations, extending service life.
Epoxy-Coated End Caps: Resist corrosion and provide reliable sealing in harsh compressed air environments.
3. Application
Suitable for oil-injected rotary screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, and compressed air post-treatment systems. Effectively removes oil carryover and condensed water from the air stream, protecting downstream desiccant dryers, pneumatic tools, and precision instruments.
4. Installation & Maintenance
Install with the flat end cap facing the housing seat; ensure the seal is properly seated.
Replace the element when differential pressure reaches the recommended value or at scheduled service intervals.
Depressurize the system before removal.
